Any Mac from 2016 or newer with minumum 256GB SSD and 8GB of memory. Ideally we woudl like a Quad-Core i7 Mac or better with 16GB of memory and 512GB SSD. We prefer Mac OS 10.14 or 10.15. (Officially FileMaker will work with OS 11 but we don't like relying on OSs this new).
CheckIn was designed to import data from Lightspeed Onsite via our import process but we can also accomodate other imports as well. Additional charges will apply for the extra work needed.
Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:
Enter App Settings
Click the "Manage Questions" button
Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
