We do not collect or have access to any of your data unless explicitly granted access for remote technical support purposes. Any access granted for support reasons is strictly limited to resolving technical issues and is conducted with your consent.

In the event you require remote technical support, you may choose to grant us temporary access to your server to diagnose and resolve the issue. This access will be granted explicitly by you for the sole purpose of providing support and will be terminated once the issue is resolved. (beta partners are required to allow constant access to their server via our secure 3rd party remote access application.)
