CheckIn Privacy Policy

CheckIn respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our software.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our software is non-cloud based and operates on-premise, meaning all client data is stored locally on your servers. We do not collect or have access to any of your data unless explicitly granted access for remote technical support purposes. Any access granted for support reasons is strictly limited to resolving technical issues and is conducted with your consent.

2. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your contact information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely on your local servers, and we do not transfer it to any third parties.

3. Remote Technical Support

In the event you require remote technical support, you may choose to grant us temporary access to your server to diagnose and resolve the issue. This access will be granted explicitly by you for the sole purpose of providing support and will be terminated once the issue is resolved. (beta partners are required to allow constant access to their server via our secure 3rd party remote access application.)

4. Contact Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your company's contact information to outside parties. Any contact information provided to us is solely used for communication purposes related to providing customer and technical support and services to you and promotional offers as well as sending important updates.

5. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website.
